Baked Rhubarb

Gather together a baking dish, a handful of Rhubarb stems, one cup of orange juice and two tablespoons of honey.

Cut the Rhubarb stems to fit into your baking dish, pour over the orange juice. Warm the honey and drizzle over the rhubarb stems.

Cover and bake for 30minutes in a moderate oven.

Lovely for breakfast or add a crumble topping for a quick dessert!
