A Restaurant is on its way!

Beginning the 1st of Feb 2020 I am taking over Nico’s Pizza & Pasta restaurant in Port Campbell (25 Lord street).

Initially, not much will change but as winter approaches the venue will undergo renovations inside and out. Then as spring arrives the menu will be adapted to offer both unfamiliar and traditional favourites all under a Pizza, Pasta and Salad banner. Look out for our launch on the 3rd of October 2020. On-site food preparation workshops such as Sourdough for beginners, Fermentation and Fresh Cheese making will also begin in October.

Sustainable, regional wholefoods with an aim for zero waste, creative upcycling and idea sharing will be the pillars of the restaurant.
